I have taken my most popular 100% tallow soap and added vanilla oleoresin (essential oil) for a lovely variation ❤️
This soap:
~is handmade through the cold process soap method
~is free of palm oil
~can be used as a face or body soap
* While this soap does have vanilla oleoresin (essential oil) for scent, I always try to use as light of an addition as possible.
Note: vanilla oleoresin, when used in soap, will turn a dark brown over time and when exposed to air. This does not affect the soap, however, sometimes that dark brown will look a little bit murky. The only way to combat this brown is by adding color stabilizers, which I choose not to do. In this particular soap, I have chosen to add the vanilla to a portion of the batter that I swirl in the rest of the soap… this is why you see a swirl of brown and not brown within the entire bar.
Ingredients include distilled water, saponified oils (100% pastured beef tallow), vanilla oleoresin (essential oil).
