This Turmeric soap is made with organic ground turmeric, and is fantastic for supporting healthy skin.

Because I cannot go into detail on the specific benefits that turmeric has for skin, I would encourage you to read about the benefits of turmeric in regards to skin care as there is a wealth of information online.

Please note: turmeric is challenging in soap because at first, it will hold true to color. over time, however, it fades! What I have done to ensure that the color "stays" is two fold:

~I use organic carrot juice along with distilled water for the liquid needed to make each batch

~I infuse organic, ground turmeric in olive oil over a long period of time and that olive oil is added to the soap fats and oils

~And then I add ground turmeric to the soap directly when mixing batter

This soap is made with:

~organic ground turmeric

~organic carrot juice (for natural color)

~pastured beef tallow (also amazing for skin!)

~castor oil

~and coconut oil

Each of these ingredients plays a vital role in the composition of this handmade soap. Each bar is presented in a 5x7 muslin bag, wrapped with a cigar wrap that details the ingredients.

Ingredients include: distilled water, organic carrot juice, saponified oils (pastured beef tallow, olive oil, castor oil, coconut oil), organic ground turmeric. Unscented.
