This dragon fruit soap contains the puree of an entire white dragon fruit, and is great when used as a face or a body soap. It is:
~handmade through the cold process soap method
~free of fragrance and scents, and palm oil
~gluten-free
In the past, I have used pink dragon fruit (which yields a light brown soap) and white dragon fruit. I prefer using white dragon fruit, as the color holds through the saponification process. White dragon fruit is not always available year-round, in those cases I use pink dragon fruit (which yields an entirely different result!)
The bottom half of the soap is the natural dragon fruit white color from the puree; the upper half is colored naturally with a small amount of rose clay. The speckled spots are from the dragon fruit puree.
Each bar comes in a 5x7 muslin bag wrapped in a cigar band which details the soap name and ingredients.
Ingredients include distilled water, pureed white dragon fruit, saponified oils (100% pastured beef tallow, coconut oil, castor oil), pink rose clay. Unscented.
