Luxurious Reclaimed Wood Soap Tray
These luxurious handmade wood soap trays are handcrafted by a family owned business in the Pacific Northwest.
Measuring 3" x 4" (and .75 inches thick), these soap trays are made up of a wide variety of reclaimed wood types ranging from red oak, white oak, cherry, maple, walnut, mahogany, sapele, Spanish cedar, beech, poplar, ash and hickory.
Designed with wide slats, the dish helps your handmade cold process soap bar drain quickly allowing for air to circulate around the bar thus preserving the life of the soap.
Each of these varieties has rich, natural colors, and are finished in a semi-gloss, clear lacquer finish.
**Things to think about: A soap dish can greatly extend the life of your handmade soap. But did you know that you can also extend the life of your soap dish?
Use your soap dishes in pairs. Use one dish for 2-3 weeks, and then rotate with the second dish while allowing the first dish to completely dry out. Doing this will prevent mold and mildew from developing and growing on your dish and greatly extend the life of the dish.
