Cambrian blue clay is the most ancient in the world, the richest in mineral composition and the most active as a cosmetic. Cambrian blue clay is imported from the salt lakes in Siberia. The light sea blue color comes from iron, zinc and algae - it's considered the most valuable in the clay family.
Like many other varieties of clay, it has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, the ability to absorb toxins, increase circulation, reduce the symptoms of eczema and psoriasis, and reduce wrinkles.
This soap is also made with raw milk from a local, grass-fed dairy of brown swiss cows. Raw milk is wonderful for skin - in it's pure, raw form, it contains the cream top that provides the fats your body needs to stay healthy and your skin nourished.
The soap also includes organic, pastured beef tallow, which contributes to a nice, hard bar of soap with a stable lather. Grass fed tallow is a nourishing, whole ingredient. It’s rich in the same kinds of lipids that are found naturally in youthful, healthy skin. It also contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K - all balanced by nature.
This is the same Blue Clay soap we've always had, just made into easier to hold, round soap bars.
